French omelette

This is a simple recipe that should not take a lot of time and it is pretty easy to make . It is also delicious and depending on your preference you can cook either cook it liquids on the inside or completely cooked.

Necessary items

• 3 eggs

• 1/6 tablespoon salt

• 1 tablespoon butter

• A pan

• A spatula

• A whisker

• A separate bowl

Start of by cracking the eggs in a bowl and thoroughly whisk them for about a minute. Next add salt to your liking, but 1/6 tablespoon is a minimum; let it sit for 3 to 4 minutes.

While you are waiting, heat up you nonstick pan and add in 1 tb of butter, keep your pan at medium to high heat. Swirl the melted butter around before adding the mixture.

After adding the mixture tilt the pan to evenly coat the pan, using a spatula gradually pull the mixture from the edges towards the centre. This will prevent the edges from burning and the egg will evenly cook.

After the egg has become somewhat firm add your choice off cheese, it could be mozzarella or just good old American cheese. Use your spatula to separate the omelet from the pan

Now comes the tricky part. Flip half off the omelet onto itself to make a semi circle. Get as much of the spatula under one half of the omelette and with the flick of the wrist flip it over.

Finally, slide it onto your plate and eat. If you want you could add some hot sauce for some extra spice.
